Delivery Methods
Pickup at ExtintoresOnline.pt Warehouse
- Cost: Free.
- Procedure: Customers can choose to personally collect their order from our warehouse after receiving confirmation that it is available for pickup.
Home Delivery
- Responsibility: Once delivery is made to the indicated address, the risk of the products transfers to the customer. ExtintoresOnline.pt is not responsible for incorrect addresses or orders not received due to incorrect information.
- Delivery: The customer's responsibility begins as soon as the delivery is completed at the specified address.
Delivery Process
- Transport Service: Orders are delivered by partner transport services within the operational days and hours defined by the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days.
- Azores and Madeira: 3 to 5 business days.
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days (including countries such as Spain, France, Germany, Italy, among others).
- Delays: Delays may occur during high-demand periods, such as sales, holiday seasons, and special campaigns (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday).
Shipping Costs
- Variable and calculated based on weight and delivery location. The exact cost will always be displayed before completing the order in the checkout section.
Additional Information
- Product Unavailability: In case the ordered products are unavailable, ExtintoresOnline.pt will inform the customer and proceed with a refund within a maximum period of 15 days.
- Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is considered complete once the proof of delivery is signed at the specified address.
