General Conditions
At ExtintoresOnline.pt, we allow the exchange and return of items, as provided by law, as long as they have not been used by the customer and remain in the same condition as when they were sent.
Exchange or Return Procedures
Requests for exchanges or returns must be sent clearly to the email: geral@extintoresonline.pt within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the order.
Requirements for Exchange or Return Acceptance
Once the item(s) arrive at our facilities, a careful inspection will be carried out. The exchange or return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
a) The product(s) must not show any signs of use or handling;
b) The product(s) must retain their original characteristics and have intact tags;
c) The product(s) must be complete and include all materials from the original order.
Required Documentation
Any exchange or return request must include the order number and, if applicable, proof of defect.
Exchange or Return Methods
- Shipping Items to the Warehouse: Exchanges or returns must be sent to our facilities, following the instructions provided by our customer support team.
- Home Pickup: A home collection service may be requested under conditions agreed upon with our customer support team.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
- In cases of returns due to defects or other non-conformities, ExtintoresOnline.pt will cover both the initial shipping costs and the return/exchange shipping costs.
Conditions for Non-Acceptance
If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, the customer will be informed of the non-acceptance of the exchange or return, and the item(s) will be sent back to the address provided in the original order.
Refund
- The refund amount will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days, or through another method agreed upon with the customer.
