General Conditions ExtintoresOnline.pt allows the exchange and return of items, as provided by law, as long as they have not been used by the customer and maintain the same presentation conditions as at the time of shipment.
Procedures for Exchange or Return Requests for exchange or return must be sent unequivocally to the email: geral@extintoresonline.pt , within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order.
Requirements for Acceptance of Exchange or Return After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, a careful analysis will be carried out. Exchange or return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
- The product(s) cannot show signs of use or handling.
- The product(s) must maintain their original characteristics and labels intact.
- The product(s) must be complete and accompanied by all the material included in the original order.
Required Documentation Any request for exchange or return must include the order number and, if applicable, evidence of the defect.
Exchange or Return Forms
- In Physical Stores: Exchanges or returns can be made free of charge at any ExtintoresOnline.pt store, upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
- Home Collection: Through instructions provided by customer support.
Responsibility for Shipping Costs In case of return due to defect or other non-conformities, ExtintoresOnline.pt assumes responsibility for the initial shipping costs and the exchange/return process.
Conditions for Non-Acceptance If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, the customer will be informed that the exchange or return has not been accepted, and the item(s) will be returned to the address indicated in the original order.
Reimbursement The return amount will be refunded through the payment method originally used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 working days, or through another method to be agreed with the customer.
